Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices of American cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Lettuce and tomato for garnish
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 8 small patties
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F
- Add cheese slice to each patty in last minute of cooking
- Toast slider buns with butter
- Assemble sliders with patties, lettuce, and tomato
