Classic Cheeseburger Sliders

These mini cheeseburgers are perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun family dinner. Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Lettuce and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 8 small patties
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F
  4. Add cheese slice to each patty in last minute of cooking
  5. Toast slider buns with butter
  6. Assemble sliders with patties, lettuce, and tomato

Tips

Make sure to not overwork the meat when forming patties to keep them tender. Let burgers rest for a minute after cooking for juicier results.
